About Fiona

With over two decades as an organizational psychologist, Fiona has coached 12 FTSE 100 CEOs, profiled thousands of leaders globally and impacted tens of thousands across diverse fields. Her clients have included Burberry, Dr. Martens, McKinsey & Co, Soho House, the UK’s National Health Service, UNESCO, and United for Global Mental Health.

She’s spoken at venues from the London School of Economics and the Royal College of Surgeons to Red Magazine and the American Museum of Natural History. Beyond her consulting and academic work, Fiona is an entrepreneur and podcast host, using these platforms to share her expertise and reach broader audiences. She is also a multi-award-winning author.

As a Chartered Organizational Psychologist, her work is grounded in rigorous training and research. She has published academic papers on physical activity’s impact on the brain, flow and peak performance, emotional resilience, and burnout. She also authored a policy paper advising the UK government on preventing decision-making errors.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Science from Warwick University, a Business Masters from Warwick Business School, and a Master of Science with distinction in Psychology from London University. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
