Why Join?
The middle years of college can feel like a pressure cooker. You’re expected to have direction, keep up with classes, maintain friendships, maybe play sport or lead a club all while figuring out who you really are.
This masterclass gives you practical tools to:
Reset fast when stress builds.
Stop second-guessing yourself and start backing yourself.
Get clarity on what matters for your next step.
What Makes It Different?
Most workshops focus on skills you’re supposed to “remember.” This one wires change into you.
Drawn from 20 years of applied psychology with leaders, athletes, creatives, and young people.
Grounded in cutting-edge science - movement, reflection, and habit formation that make new patterns stick.
Practical and memorable - you’ll learn by moving, talking, noticing, and connecting, not just listening.
What You’ll Get In This Session
A reset practice to steady yourself when pressure rises.
A tool to recognise and shift negative self-talk.
A way to identify what really matters to you so you can make choices with confidence.
Connections with other women navigating the same stage of college.
AND MORE
How it Fits Into Defining You
This masterclass is part of the wider Defining You experience, my award winning book and program that brings psychology to life through movement, reflection, and real-world tools.
The full program runs over six sessions, but this masterclass gives you a focused session: the same science, the same practical approach, in 90-minutes tailored for freshman women.
It’s a way to experience the tools first-hand and walk away with tools you can start using right away.
Who Is It For?
This masterclass is especially for you if you’re:
Balancing academics, friendships, and leadership roles and feeling the pressure.
Wrestling with self-doubt, imposter feelings, or constant comparison.
Unsure about your direction and ready for clarity.

I’ve seen how stress, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome hold talented women back, even in the middle of promising journeys. That’s why I created this masterclass: to give women in their sophomore and junior years tools to steady themselves now, and to carry forward into whatever comes next.
