Why Join?

Being a college athlete means more than competing. You’re training, studying, performing, and trying to have a life too. The pressure to perform everywhere can leave you stretched thin and second-guessing yourself.

This masterclass gives you tools to:

  • Reset quickly after mistakes and keep your focus.

  • Stay steady under pressure in class, in competition, and in life.

  • Build confidence that feels real, not forced.

What Makes It Different?

Most performance workshops focus only on sport. This one trains your inner game across every part of college life.

  • Drawn from 20 years of applied psychology with Olympic athletes, CEOs, and young people navigating high-pressure transitions.

  • Grounded in cutting-edge science - movement, reflection, and habit formation that make skills stick.

  • Practical, fun, and human - you’ll learn by moving, talking, and connecting, not just sitting still.

What You’ll Get In This Session

  • A reset you can use mid-game, mid-class, or mid-meltdown so mistakes don’t spiral and nerves don’t own you.

  • A way to flip the voice in your head from tearing you down to backing you up.

  • A grounding routine you can trust to hold steady when the pressure is highest whether it’s competition, exams, or everyday life.

  • Real connection with other women who get it - the constant juggle of sport, study, and everything else.ion.

How it Fits Into Defining You

This masterclass is part of the wider Defining You experience, my award winning book and program that brings psychology to life through movement, reflection, and real-world tools.

The full program runs over six sessions, but this masterclass gives you a focused session: the same science, the same practical approach, in 90-minutes tailored for freshman women.

It’s a way to experience the tools first-hand and walk away with tools you can start using right away.

Who Is It For?

This session is designed for female athletes who are:

  • Competing in college sport while balancing academics and social life.

  • Struggling with the pressure to perform everywhere.

  • Ready to feel stronger, steadier, and more confident on and off the field.

About Fiona

I’m Fiona Murden — psychologist, award-winning author of Defining You and Mirror Thinking, and coach. Over the past 20 years I’ve profiled and supported more than 1,000 people from Olympic athletes and Fortune 100 CEOs to young women under pressure.

This is also personal for me. My daughter is a female college athlete, and I’ve seen first-hand the challenges of balancing training, studying, and life. I created this masterclass to share the tools I know actually work so athletes like her (and you) can thrive, not just cope.

Logistics
