Why Join?

Graduating can be both exciting and overwhelming. You’re choosing what’s next, putting yourself out there, and hoping you’ll land somewhere that feels right.

This masterclass gives you:

  • A clearer inner map so you stop guessing your way through what comes next

  • A more grounded sense of your strengths so you stop doubting what you bring to the table.

  • Support that helps you feel steadier inside so uncertainty doesn’t knock you off course.

What Makes It Different?

Most career prep focuses on what to say and how to polish your CV. This masterclass goes deeper:

  • With more than 20 years of experience, everything I teach is rooted in applying psychology across Fortune 100 boardrooms, Olympic training grounds, fashion houses, and with young people exploring their identities.

  • It’s built on applied psychology, not therapy - shaped by working with people in real-life situations.

  • The approaches shared are simple, memorable, and easy to use.

  • Tailored to what women are navigating most development programmes assume men, so this doesn’t.. After working with hundreds of women, this course is shaped around what genuinely supports them.

What You’ll Get In This Session

• A simple way to cut through the noise and figure out what actually matters to you. Not what you “should” want, not what everyone else is doing - your real priorities.

• Tools for understanding what environments, roles, and people help you thrive. So you can stop forcing yourself into situations that drain you.

• A clearer sense of how to communicate who you are, without faking confidence. For interviews, conversations, and those moments where you need to show up as yourself.

• Practical tools for staying steady when you feel overwhelmed or unsure. Things you can use immediately when emotions run high or pressure hits.

• A structured way to think about the next chapter so you don’t feel lost in endless options.

Who Is It For?

This session is especially for you if you’re:

  • About to graduate and unsure what’s next.

  • Worried about making the ‘wrong’ choice.

  • Balancing the pressure of applications, interviews, and big decisions.

  • Ready to step into your future with tools you can actually rely on with knowledge of how this differs for women and what to do about that.

About Fiona

II’m Fiona Murden: psychologist, author of Defining You, and 20 years deep in helping people move from uncertain to ready. I’ve worked with Fortune 100 CEOs, elite athletes, and now I’m focused on the women taking their first big steps

One thing I’ve seen again and again: the careers of women typically unfold differently. Even at the highest levels, women face unique pressures from being underestimated, to juggling expectations, to second-guessing their right to be in the room. Those differences start early, in the very first steps after graduation.

I created this masterclass to give graduating women the same kinds of tools I’ve seen work everywhere else but tailored to the realities women face at the start of their careers. Tools that make the transition less daunting, more empowering, and even enjoyable.
