Why Join?
Graduating can be exciting and overwhelming. You’re choosing what’s next, putting yourself out there, and hoping you’ll land somewhere that feels right. The pressure to look confident on the outside, even if you’re doubting yourself on the inside, can feel exhausting.
This masterclass gives you practical tools to:
Get clear on what really matters to you.
Ensure you’re making the right choices on what next.
Present yourself with impact (without faking it).
Build habits you can trust beyond the interview room.
What Makes It Different?
Most career prep tells you what to say and how to polish your CV. That can help but it doesn’t change how you feel when the pressure hits.
This masterclass goes deeper:
Born from 20 years in the field - everything I teach comes from applying psychology in Fortune 100 boardrooms, Olympic training grounds, fashion houses, and with young people figuring out who they are.
Grounded in cutting-edge science - we use movement, reflection, and habit formation to unlock patterns you can’t reach sitting still. That’s why what you learn here sticks when you need it most.
Practical, memorable, and human - you’ll leave with strategies that steady you in the moment, not scripts you forget as soon as the nerves kick in.
This isn’t about pretending you’re confident. It’s about wiring in confidence you can trust in interviews, at work, and in yourself.
What You’ll Get In This Session
A framework for deciding what kind of role or environment really suits you.
Tools to steady yourself before interviews, presentations, or high-pressure moments.
A way to speak about yourself with confidence without feeling fake.
Connection with other women facing the same transition.
AND MORE
How it Fits Into Defining You
This masterclass is part of the wider Defining You experience, my award winning book and program that brings psychology to life through movement, reflection, and real-world tools.
The full program runs over six sessions, but this masterclass gives you a focused session: the same science, the same practical approach, in 90-minutes tailored for freshman women.
It’s a way to experience the tools first-hand and walk away with tools you can start using right away.
Who Is It For?
This session is especially for you if you’re:
About to graduate and unsure what’s next.
Worried about making the ‘wrong’ choice.
Balancing the pressure of applications, interviews, and big decisions.
Ready to step into your future with tools you can actually rely on with knowledge of how this differs for women and what to do about that.
About Fiona
I’m Fiona Murden psychologist, award-winning author of Defining You and Mirror Thinking, and coach. Over the past 20 years I’ve profiled and supported more than 1,000 people from Fortune 100 CEOs and elite athletes to young people stepping into their next chapter.
One thing I’ve seen again and again: the careers of women typically unfold differently. Even at the highest levels, women face unique pressures from being underestimated, to juggling expectations, to second-guessing their right to be in the room. Those differences start early, in the very first steps after graduation.
I created this masterclass to give graduating women the same kinds of tools I’ve seen work everywhere else but tailored to the realities women face at the start of their careers. Tools that make the transition less daunting, more empowering, and even enjoyable.
