Why Join?

  • Feel more grounded as you start your college journey.

  • Quiet the second-guessing that holds you back.

  • Learn how to stay steady under pressure in study, sport, and social life.

  • Meet other young women starting out just like you.

What Makes It Different?

Most workshops give you advice. This one wires change into you.

  • Drawn from 20 years of applied psychology with leaders, athletes, and young people worldwide.

  • Movement as a vehicle - we use simple ways of moving (walking, shifting, breathing) to embed skills into your body, not just your head.

  • Fun and practical - no heavy theory. You’ll learn by doing, noticing, and connecting with others.

What You’ll Get In This Session

  • A reset tool for when stress or nerves kick in.

  • A way to recognise and shift negative self-talk.

  • A repeatable practice to steady yourself and feel grounded anywhere.

  • Connections with other women navigating the same transition.

How it Fits Into Defining You

This masterclass is part of the wider Defining You experience, my award winning book and program that brings psychology to life through movement, reflection, and real-world tools.

The full program runs over six sessions, but this masterclass gives you a focused session: the same science, the same practical approach, in 90-minutes tailored for freshman women.

It’s a way to experience the tools first-hand and walk away with tools you can start using right away.

Who Is It For?

This session is especially for you if you’re:

  • Finding college exciting but also overwhelming at times.

  • Balancing classes, friendships, and the pressure to “keep it together.”

  • Ready to feel more grounded and supported as you start this new chapter.

About Fiona

’m Fiona Murden performance psychologist, award-winning author, and coach. Over the past 20 years I’ve worked with everyone from Fortune 100 CEOs to elite athletes to young people finding their way.

The reason I’m focussed on you is that my daughter has just started as a freshman, so I know how exciting and overwhelming this step can be.

That’s why I created this masterclass, to share these skills with people who matter. We do it through moving, talking, and laughing because science shows learning sticks when your body is engaged as well as your mind.

It’s practical, fun, and designed to give you tools you’ll actually use when college feels a lot.
